I sold an item on eBay and the buyer has asked for me to get a gift card to ship with the item since it’s a birthday present for a family member. They are sending money for everything but I received an email from PayPal stating I have to send a picture of the gift card and my receipt to PayPal for verification before my funds can be released. Has anyone else had to do this or is this a scam? I don’t sell on eBay much. Help please!!
