I have been using PayPal to pay on eBay but doesn’t let me anymore. I have logged in out ,changed the browser, no luck . Thank you

Hi @Mirela29, Welcome to community forum. There is a possibility that the PayPal security was triggered.Please allow the system to refresh. Please try to do the transaction after 24hrs-48hrs or you can also try to do a guest checkout. Thank you.
