I contacted seller and he said they pulled the money out his account about 2 days ago. And till this day I haven’t received my money back. When i check the dispute status it says Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that this transaction was not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection.

Unless the seller voluntarily refunded you then you wouldn't get your money back as you lost the dispute as paypal said it was not unauthorised !!

Ok so the seller has to accept the dispute or he just has to send me my money back.
