Help...did not receive merchandise

I did not receive product I paid for with paypal, vendor says shipped, but no tracking number available! they say shipped thru usps

I highly recommend that you open a dispute for an "Item not received". Please click I didn't receive my item or it's different than described. Should I open a dispute? 

 

You may also want to escalate your dispute to a claim in the event that your seller is unresponsive and unwilling to help. To do that, please see How do I escalate a dispute to a claim?
