I am having some type of technical difficulty and am not certain it is a PayPal glitch or something I am overlooking with my account. I tried to contact customer support however my phone gets automatically disconnected before it even rings through.
I have received a bill and went to pay it however, I continue to receive an error message which states that PayPal is unable to make the payment at this time. I have reviewed all of my information associated with my account and everything is up-to-date. I also checked my bank account and the funds for payment are more than amply covered.
