Sorry, what i mean is the paypal of my friend who registered last last week. He chose a wrong area (business) which he just needs is a simple Personal account. Now paypal is requiring him to pass some requirements that he don't have. We can't Add Email so the current email may be registered again to a Personal. We already sent a request change to Help Support but none replied. Account cannot be closed. 😞
