Having issue of "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." w

 Hi Team,

In my application, client faced an issue of "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.". This issue is sporadic. 

Our application supports TLS 1.2 and HTTP1.1 which are mandatory for paypal transaction.

The user used safari11 browser and faced this issue.

Can you please help me that why this issue occured even site supports TLS 1.2 ?
