Having a paypal account without a debit or credit card connected.

I would like to ask if its possible to have a paypal account without any cards connected or bank accounts. Just having a paypal account where i can get money when other people send me.

Thanks for reaching out! While you can have a PayPal and still receive money without a card or bank on file, you're going to run into some trouble moving those funds around. You'll want to add a bank or card so you can withdraw funds out of your account.
