why paypal isn't allowing me to change fro business to friends and family option ???????????

The friends/family option is not available in every country.
If its not showing when you click to send money then its not available in your country unfortunately.

Well if you click send money > put in the email address > and only goods/services show up then its not available to you unfortunately.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
