I had an unknown transaction that did not mesh up with any item I had purchased in the time frame. Talking with Linda, we were able to zero in on the charge and realize the price discrepancy was due to the exchange rate. In chatting, it was nice to find out she grew up in the same small town my mom had lived in! I truly appreciate her going the extra distance with me, great job!
