I'm dealing with this individual to buy some sporting goods equipment that I'm interested on. I got his first name, but no last name. I even talked to him over the phone. I asked for his Paypal account to pay him for the gear and he's giving me his wife's Paypal account for me to make the payment. Would I still be protected as a buyer since I'm not making payment to his own Paypal account ?
