I’m being asked to enter my tax info for a payment on “goods and services” but I did not sell anything under this category and I don’t want to enter my SSN. How do I fix this?

Your sender probably sent you a goods and services payment, however, this also could be the cause:

Policy updates and user agreement changes to Personal PayPal accounts

If you do not enter SSN to accept the money or don't withdraw directly to your bank account, the unclaimed funds will go back to the sender after 30 days.
