Despite what the website says, I have suddenly begun to get charged a tiny fee after purchasing items while online shopping. I have contacted customer service and their only response is "it's a good and services fee". This has never happened before and the agent wasn't too interested in relaying any more info. Any help with this?
I purchased from two online stores. I didn’t select friends and family option that I know of. Didn’t even know there was such a thing. The agent wouldn’t help at all and was extremely condescending putting a smiley face after every sentence. All he kept saying was “Goods and Service Fee”.
