I placed an order with a merchant on 6/3 received email from Paypal stating my payment and order went through. I have received nothing from the seller. No receipt of order, no shipping or tracking info. I tried to email sender and the emails wont go through. Soooo is my order on the way? Or did i buy my grandaughters birthday gift from a scammer and now she has no gift to open from her Grandma because its to late to order something else.
