Getting emails about the TLS 1.2 testing and I don't know why

I keep getting emails about the TLS 1.2 thing and I have no idea why seeing as...I have neither a website nor a business?

The only thing I even use this PayPal account for is making and receiving donations on Ko-fi. Is this a Ko-fi related problem?

Also the last email I got contained a link to a 'find out more about TLS 1.2 site that AVG blocked as malware so...I have no idea what that's about?
