Getting confirmation text from PayPal, doesn't seem legit

I keep getting text from 729725 and the text is : "?<PayPal?> Did you pay $132.00 USD to ???? on February 9, 2020? Reply 1 if yes or 2 if no. ?<Reply Needed?>" Is it actually from PayPal or a scam ? Can anyone confirm please Thanks

did you make such payment? if yes then reply to the message and if no login and confirm no one used your paypal
