Getting a refund from groupon

Due to none delivery , I’m not very technical and on my resolution area the refund is still waiting for the seller ( Groupon ) to respond The money left my account 6 April , goods not delivered , when can I expect a refund and do I have to do any more to get the refund which I’m entitled to Groupon are telling me to delete claim with PayPal ??

Did you open a dispute?

Which option did you use?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Have paypal found in your favour?

Has the seller actually issued a refund?

How long since you escalated to a claim?

Thank you for your response it’s cutrently in the “resolution area “ with groupon given until 30 April to respond , o just wondered what happens if they don’t respond what do I do next
