I NEED TO DEPOSIT MY FRIENDS THIRD PARTY GOVERNMENT STIMULUS CHECK INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND THEN WITHDRAW THE CASH FOR MY FRIEND FROM MY BANK.  IS THIS POSSIBLE?
