Good afternoon. I am Vin from the Philippines and this is my first time using paypal. A friend from the US is sending me payment. The transaction is pending and she told me that I need to buy gift card for my reference number to proceed with her transaction because she is using business type of account. Is this true or a scam? She send me screenshot of invoice and I don't know if it is true or just scam. Do I really need a gift card to receive her payment? Thank you for your help. 😊
