My ex-wife and daughter recently moved to Japan. I am happy to, for the first time, send them some money. I want to XOOM the money directly into my daughters bank account. When I tried to do this with XOOM I found out I cannot send the money with a Prepaid Debit Card. It appears I can fund the PayPal account with this same Prepaid Debit Card. You probably see where this is going. Can I fund the XOOM account with the PayPal account which was funded with a Prepaid Debit Card ? Then, send the funds to Japan this way ?
