Free Return Shipping - Just converted personal to business account

Hi, 

Last week I converted my personal Paypal account to a business account for a project I'm starting. 

That same week my wife returned two personal items we purchased using paypal and was hoping to claim the free return shipping (activated before purchase) today, but it seems since my account is now a business account, we can't do it? 

Any idea if we can get around this somehow?

You should be able to do it, did you activate the link when you upgraded?
