I received an e-mail from “PayPal” requesting credit card information & social security #. Do they really request this in emails? I don’t think it’s legitimate. Am I wrong?

They may request that information by directing you to the resolution centre to update but NOT via any link in an email.
Log in NORMALLY and see if there is a message for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
