My son has never set up paypal and his ex set one up after getting his card while visiting his daughter. Shes took all his money. His tried phoning paypal no one will answer the phone. He cant log in or set up paypal as his cards already been used. What can he do this has made hard times for him even harder as he lost his job though covid19.
