I need help identifying this email I’ve been sent I’m not sure if it’s true or not

Take a gander at the sender email address? Is it some gibberish, spammy email address?

Or you can forward the email to spoof@paypal.com and delete it.

You may also log into your PayPal account to look for any account alerts/notifications that reflect whatever it is the email is saying or not. PayPal does not ask for personal info via email.
