If I bought concert tickets on Facebook and they are fake can I get my money back if I used PayPal? I want to know this before I make any moves thanks for the help

I recommend you to read the buyer protection https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#7
At 7.3 you should be able to see what is not protected.
Concert tickets should be protected, be sure you send it as commercial payment.
