I get fraud emails every day that are about my PayPal account. I ignore them but some make me check my PayPal account. I'm thinking of canceling paypal just to end these crooks from trying to get my info. Why can't paypal do something to stop this?
As the scammers do not have paypal accounts then what can paypal do about it?
Spoof emails come from someone working out of a public internet cafe, using anonymous or hijacked email addresses someone in another continent normally.
