Fraud email

I have recently received something that is definitely a fraudulent email. I ignored and a few days later the funds were removed from my account under PayPal. Fortunately I called my bank and was able to reverse the transaction. I am now worried however that they will do this once again as my PayPal account for some reason will not let me remove my bank card and it says I have a transaction pending when I clearly have none.
