Forgot password, cannot reset b/c no cell phone and no OLD credit card to verify
So, we have a second account that we have not used in many years that we cannot access because we forgot the password. When we go to "reset password" we have to get a code to the email address attached to the account and that goes fine. We receive and enter code and then are asked for "secondary verification" and to choose between receiving another code via SMS to a cell or enter all numbers from the credit card attached to the account. Needless to say we do not have that cell phone anymore nor that credit card. Customer service is absolutely non existent. No call center open, nothing. Can anyone help??!!! Thanks!!!!!
