I want to buy something from private seller on Gumtree.. They are happy to take PayPal payment, and post item to me.. They have provided me with email account for PayPal payment. I have asked them to email me invoice.. what else can I do to prevent myself be scammed. If I pay money and item does not arrive or is not as described what can I do??
