Some of my tenants have been paying rent to me via PayPal. I have never paid a fee until my new tenant sent her security deposit, then her rent to me for the first time. PayPal deducted approx 3% of the gross payment out of the total money deposited to me. Why would this happen all of a sudden? I did notice that the notes said the money was to be "shipped" to the address of the new tenant?? Is there a way to get these fees credited back to my account?
