Why are my payments from ebay less in my paypal account.There is nothing to tell me where the missing money is.

I think your title explains it, Paypals fees are deducted from your buyers payment before the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.

Unlike Ebays fees that are invoiced to you on a monthly basis.
