Hi last week I sold something for $600 and was charged 2.99 % + 30cents today I sold something for $500 and was charged 4.4% + 30 cents, whats going on. How do I put this right.

One sender is US based and the other is not. Receiving money from Non-US PayPal accounts have higher PayPal fee (4.4% + 30 cents). There are buyers who provide US freight forwarder shipping address but their PayPal account are based overseas.
