A survey company sent a 5.00 payment(from their CEO’s individual home address). It had a .45 cent fee before I determined how I chose to get the money. Any idea what happened? I’ve never had this previously done to me. The sender claims it’s on my end. For the record, I went with the 1-3 day option transfer to my bank which was free.
