Does anyone know the exact amount/percentage of fees taken out of money received? It seems to have gone up to 12% coming off money coming into my account.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
FEES are in paypals user agreement for your country.
