I’m being charged a fee when trying to send money to a friend. Help please!!

I’m sure there is a Friends and Family option to send.  Did you use that?

There is a fee to send to family / friends if you use a debit or credit card.

If you fund it via funds in your paypal balance OR bank account there is no fee as long as they are in the same country as you and you are sending the same currency.
