Fees???

I was looking at my Main account page this morning. Tried calling the useless automated system to get some help, none was found!!! BS Anyway, I noticed column 6 Fees?>? Can anyone please tell me that the fees are both Ebay and Paypals fees???

Paypals fee is deducted from your buyers payment instantly and the remainder credited to your paypal account balance.

Ebays fees are invoiced to you on a monthly basis and can be viewed in your 'my ebay' > seller account.
