Fees for payments from Serbia to the U.S.

Could someone please tell me the fee that I would be charged if someone is sending me $3000 to my personal U.S. account from their company account in Serbia?  Apparently Friends and Family is not an option.  Thank you so  much for your help!

FEES are in paypals user agreement and listed as country specific.
