I just sold an item to someone in the UK (I am in the US). He paid 418 pounds with his Visa. I received $511.61 USD. If I use today's exchange rate, I received 383 pounds. I know I have to pay some fees for the sale. But is there an easy way for me to see the statement to go from 418 pounds paid to $511 dollars received (e.g., fee for x service $x.xx; exchange rate $x.xx), etc?

Why would you let him pay in pounds sterling and not in your currency???
I am in the UK and buy things from all over the world but always pay in the sellers currency.
What i do is either pay an invoice or money request in dollars or use send money > goods and enter the amount selecting dollars from the drop down box and then before I click to pay it tells me how much will be deducted from my funding source ie credit card in pounds sterling.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
