Fees are hugely expensive 33%

Hi Community, I'm just about to do an event where some of the fundraising will be to good causes, charities etc, but the test came back and robbed me of 33% fee. Can't get a hold of anyone. Can someone advise why its so high and what I can do about it please. Gerry

The standard transaction fee is 2.9% - 3.4% of the transaction plus a fixed fee of 0.30 GBP. It may seem like a bigger percentage if the test charge was a small amount. You can refer to the Fees page to know more about the fees.
