Sometimes my account works, sometimes it doesn't. I know I took pics of both documents to show ID. I gave away some money to three different organizations via Facebook ($5 each; a total of $15). I don't know what is going on. I can't even buy a cellphone with my account! It's hard. I need some help! Well, maybe one of you can help me figure it out. I do have the PayPal app. I think we might be able to fix it. I don't know what the problem is.
