Absolutely terrible experience for a first time user. I have two different payments pending due to multiple different, stupid reasons. Customer service staff was not helpful at all either. Why would I wanna continue using this platform ever again? As soon as I get my money into my bank account, I am deleting this app for good and never using it again. Overly complicated for 1st time users, unreliable and overall annoying.
