Hi im from the U.S, as title says. Im paying my friend(yes i know him irl he use to live in the u.s but moved to italy) who lives in italy 1,250 USD through friends and family I was wondering how big would be the fee? I saw that if i payed through bank / paypal balance theres no fee, is there a fee after that he gets the money or?
