I'm trying to send money via family and friends, and for the first time, I am being charged a $4.99 fee for using my bank account or paypal balance to do this. All over paypal, this is supposed to be a free service. I have never been charged before, and I want to know when this changed because when I sent money this way last week I wasn't charged. If this is not resolved back to no charge just to pay my S/O for rent, I will discontinue my use of paypal.
