Fee Details

I received payment for an item I sold on ebay.  There is a fee on paypal but I can't see details on how this is broken up between the normal paypal fee and the conversion fee as the buyer used a foreign currency.  How do I get this information?

I sent an email to Paypal but I got an automated response which was useless.  I've also tried ringing but keep getting passed from one automated message to another.  Do Paypal employ actual people?
