I recently made a purchase useing PayPal on a website called BestDeals&Beyond. The payment went thru I got a confirmation email and purchase number. They have a Facebook page and the website seems legit, but if heard rumors that the website is a scam. Is there a way I can find out? The payment went thru instantly so I couldn't cancel it, but I'd like to know weather to report them or not. Thank you.

Sounds like another rubbish Chinese website, you may get your item but it will probably be tat.

You can file for non receipt of item or not as described when you receive it BUT if its from China then the cost to return it for a refund may be more than the item was worth.

Facebook don't vet sellers !!!

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

I also made a purchase from this company in October for the last of us 2: Ellie edition. They claim they are shipping orders now but the tracking number was generated on the 19th and has not been picked up by USPS 6 days later. Just wondering what happened in your situation, hopefully you were able to get your money back!
