Depends how its fraud but at the moment its unlikely you will get through on the phone.
If the transaction was unauthorised then click on the transaction and use the report a problem option at the bottom of that details page making sure you select the CORRECT option as you are normally only allowed x1 dispute per transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
