Hello, my girlfriend bought 3 items from US sellers from eBay for a total of $74.13. However, she received texts from the bank for a total amount of $79.79. We are from Nicaragua and she used a debit card that has local currency (Cordobas), i understand that there is a currency exchange of %4.5, but that leaves us with a $2.32 extra charge. Does the 2% international payment apply here? Does it always apply?. Do you a pay a %+ a fixed $1 fee? I hope you can help us. Thank you.
