Why would someone sell a $1,500 kayak for $85 on Ebay, issue a UPS tracking number, and then 3 days later refund my money to my credit card? The only explanation I can think of is they simply wanted my name, address, and credit card information.
Does anybody had this kind of experience on Ebay?
Thanks,

You gave your credit card details to a stranger who was selling a product for about 1/20th of the retail price? Don’t you use PayPal for eBay transactions?
