Not sure if this is the right forum but I can't find any feedback links.
The new exchange rate set by PayPal is very unfair as a result I will be using other services that involve transactions to another currency. 4% is outrageous nothing short of theft. Obviously PayPal has lost its original purpose to protect the consumer.
