I convert my phone to a Dutch sim while in Europe. My US server(sim) does not have service in Europe. When trying to rent a film while in Europe, iTunes asks for a PayPal confirmation number sent to my US telephone number, which I have no access. How do I get the confirmation number, or bypass that requirement, to my Dutch +31 number?
You don't, thats the importance of keeping your phone and other imformation up to date on your paypal account.
Normally when you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country that you move to adding a bank account / cards / phone numbers from within that country.
